Today I am grateful that the pizza crust I struggled with making yesterday evening ended up working out. It's a low sodium recipe I've made once or twice before, but for some reason the water-to-flour ratio was off and it took me quite a few additions of water (and then flour) to correct it. The dough ball finally came together and rolled around the bread machine like it should, and the pizza ended up being delicious.
Nothing like a little culinary payoff at the end of the day.
