Today I am grateful for the new Pilates DVD I got in the mail. I'm really hoping it will help me regain some flexibility and help me become stronger. It is broken down into five 10-minute segments and you can mix and match them to create a custom workout that will play seamlessly for you. I can't get over the technology we have today (and yes, I realized that this is pretty simple technology when it comes down to it); when I was younger, if you wanted to watch a different part of a video you had to fast forward your VHS tape and wait until you found it. So I'm grateful that this new disc provides some customization along with the workout.
