Today I am grateful that the kids and I got to do some yoga together. I thought it might be nice for them to do some structured exercise, for a variety of reasons, and they both seem to enjoy it.
Here's the one we did today in case anyone wants to try it with their kiddos!
It's not super strenuous, but there are a lot of good strengthening exercises in here, all set to a lovely story. Not too bad for fifteen minutes of fun!
