The other night we decided to take the kids outside after dinner at my parents' house. Mollie happened to be wearing her green and white tutu, though she played as though she was in her regular shorts.
We started off with the bubble machine.
We started off with the bubble machine.
Then she got to push her brother in the Cozy Coupe
If you couldn't tell, Mollie was slowly but surely having people empty out the garage. On to basketball!
She shoots, she scores!!
Playing basketball is such hard work ... chalk break!
Mollie's not too into coloring with chalk just yet, though. She prefers to pick it up and put it away instead.
With hands this chalky, it was time for a little wash ... with bubble solution.
Scrub, scrub, scrub!
While Mollie washed her hands, Bryson blew a few bubbles.
Poor Mollie, though, was all soaped up with no place to rinse. So my mom got a little fresh water for my girl to rinse off with.
Then, as she usually does, she proceeded to do a Flashdance move on herself, soaking her tutu in the process.
Apparently she wasn't clean enough, though; she ended up going back for more bubble solution and ended up dumping it all over her tutu, legs, and feet.
Oh-so sudsy!
Hm ... what to do now?
Rinse!
Repeat!
Her tutu was absolutely drenched in bubble solution and water by the time she was done, so much so that she required a wardrobe change before we headed home. Luckily, it washed very well and is all ready for more adventures!
