Visiting Daddy's Work

A couple weeks ago, the kids and I got to visit my husband's new office over the weekend.  Baylor has been talking about his visit to Daddy's work ever since.

At Bryson's office they do floating work stations, meaning few people have actual permanent desks.  So he gave us a little tour of the places he usually settles.  This was one ...

This was another ...

The kids ran around like monkeys, and Mollie went running barefoot since we - like the awesome parents we are - forgot her shoes.

Baylor had a blast exploring all the different types of seating in the office.

And he got to see Daddy's mailbox!

Mollie just liked running full tilt everywhere.

More work stations.

And a cool squiggly bench the kids liked.

They had so much fun!

Well, a little too much fun ... Baylor tried to make a phone call in one of the conference rooms.  Oops!

And then there was the elevator ... oh, the elevator!

There were so many buttons, but he was sadly left wondering what was going on on the other floors.

After exiting the elevator, Baylor ran into the lobby ...

... saw this giant wall of water, stopped dead in his tracks, and said, "Whoa!"  He's never done that before.  It was absolutely adorable!

It's always fun to see one of the kids in awe of something.

And to see just how they explore the wonder before them.

We'll definitely have to go visit my husband's office again sometime soon!
