Time at the Bar

No, not an actual bar, but the bar in our kitchen.  We spend so much time there it's amazing.

Baylor wanted me to move his sister close to him the other day at lunch so he could tickle her (one of his new favorite past times).  I decided to take that opportunity to snap a couple pictures.  It's so tough to get two little kids looking at the camera at the same time.

But I did it!  And both smiling, too!  Double bonus!

Then Baylor wanted a picture of just himself.  He's got such an adorable smile!

Later in the day, Mollie woke up from her nap before Baylor did, so we spent some time coloring.  She really enjoyed writing with a pen.

Oh, her poor nose!  I had to stop wiping it so much because it was getting sore, hence the crusties in this picture.

As much as she liked the pen, she was open to using a crayon as well.

The bar is the center of our home both logistically and figuratively.  We spend so much time eating, laughing, and visiting here that it's tough not to love this little spot in our home.
