Today I am grateful that my tech-savvy little sister (Hi, Christine!) was able to help me fix the music situation on my iPod shuffle. It's amazing how much harder and better I exercise when running to "Baby Got Back" and "Gold Digger" than to "Mele Kalikimaka". It's the little things in life, you know?
Now if only I could remember how she did that ...
