Today I am grateful for having stored chili in the freezer. I was planning on making this Mexican bake we enjoy, but all three onions I had on hand were bad. You might not know this, but we at the Jacques household really enjoy onions and use them in most of our meals. (What? They're good for you!) Anyhow, with little time left, it was nice to know I had stored half a batch of chili in the freezer a while ago and could just pull it out for dinner.
Which reminds me, I need to make some more chili!
