Today I am grateful that I was able to work out this morning. A couple weeks ago I seemed to have injured my hip (it felt like a pinched nerve or something) and stopped walking on the treadmill as a result. This morning I was finally able to get back on and exercise a bit. It felt really good to move, even though I can't run nearly as fast as I did before; I think that may have been part of the problem, though, and I'm trying very hard not to hurt anything.
So I got to walk/jog for twenty minutes, then I got to do twenty-five minutes of Pilates. It felt really good, and I'm glad I was able to take the time to do that for myself this morning. Here's hoping it happens more often.
