Red Robin ... Yummm!

After my dad returned from his weekly business trip to The Pidge, we picked him up at a car audio place (where he was getting a remote car starter installed ... lucky guy) and went out to dinner at Red Robin. It's one of my son's favorite restaurants; not because he gets to eat anything there - he usually just has food I bring for him - but because of all the lights, colors, and general goings-on.

The little man got to sit next to Grandpa E, and the pair had quite a lot of fun together.

Resting.

Touching noggins.

Among other general merriment.

My poor little man was pretty tired from not getting enough of a nap, having a cold, and teething.

He was pretty geeked, though, when Grandpa E took him out of his high chair at the end of dinner. Baylor got to sit with Oma and Grandpa E on the bench just like a big boy!

After driving back to Oma and Grandpa E's, Little B decided to figure out what Aunt Christine's yarn bin was all about. He decided it was all about "balls"!

Taking a break from throwing balls of yarn here and there, Baylor got into his stacking blocks and worked on his ABC's. "P ... penguin with a purse and pearls!"

During his stacking extravaganza, Aunt Christine left the room to talk to answer her cell phone in the kitchen. Soon Little B needed another yarn fix, so he decided to take the yarn bin to her so she could help him open it. What an industrious little man he is!

Then Grandpa E, in a very trusting moment, let Baylor play with his blackberry. As it turns out, my little man ended up sending out a few blank e-mails ... copied to fifteen of my dad's coworkers! Kid is good with the electronics, I can tell you that much.

They took a few pictures with the blackberry ... here's my little man working on his smile!

Upon realizing Aunt Christine had her iTouch out, Baylor decided to cuddle up to her and check out what she was doing.

It's amazing how much one little person can get done in an evening!
