The Elusive Remote
My son loves, LOVES my husband's remote control! It lights up blue when you push certain buttons, it's electronic ... it's wonderful. He shrieks with delight when it turns blue. He'd cross the room for it ... if he could. But that span from the ottoman to the couch is vast and difficult to traverse.
