Today I am grateful for the little DVD player my parents got me for my 23rd birthday. We have needed to watch movies a lot lately because of illness and our regular player conked out. Instead of running out and buying a new DVD player, though, I was able to just run to the basement and dig out my old, cutesie DVD player from back when I lived in student housing. It is super simple, works great, and hey, it's free!
