Today I am grateful for our new treadmill. I got to try it out this morning, and I couldn't believe how quiet and smooth it was. I'm glad I enjoy running, and I'm glad we were able to buy this for ourselves.
Speaking of the treadmill, I'm off to bed so I can get up and go for a run tomorrow!
